We understand that customers appreciate having an idea of likely charges before making a booking. That's why we've provided a guide to some of our most commonly requested services.
Every property and electrical installation is different, so prices may vary depending on the work required, access, materials and existing electrical conditions.

All prices shown exclude VAT at 20%.
These are starting prices, not fixed quotations. The final cost depends on the work required, materials, access, existing wiring conditions and any necessary testing or certification which will be discussed with you the whole way along the process so there aren’t any additional unexpected costs.
Getting an Estimate
For larger planned projects, we're happy to discuss your requirements and provide an estimate or quotation.
For smaller jobs, diagnostics, fault finding and electrical inspections, a charge normally applies for the visit and work undertaken.
We'll explain the applicable charges before confirming your booking.
Multiple Small Jobs?
If you've been putting off several smaller electrical jobs, booking a half-day or full day may be a convenient and cost-effective option.
This could include replacing fittings, adding sockets, investigating minor issues or completing several planned electrical improvements.
Please provide details beforehand so we can advise on what can realistically be completed during the visit.

Do you charge for quotations?
Larger planned works can usually be discussed and estimated in advance. Visits involving fault finding, diagnostics, inspections or investigative work are chargeable.
What happens if you discover additional problems?
Where unforeseen issues arise, we'll explain the findings and discuss any additional work and costs before proceeding.
Are materials included?
Materials are included only where specifically stated in the quotation or agreed scope of work.
Do you undertake small electrical jobs?
Absolutely. We offer the same professional approach whether the work involves a single fitting or a complete installation.
Do you offer commercial rates?
Yes. Commercial installations, inspections and maintenance can be quoted according to the work required, or arranged under an agreed labour rate or project price.
